2 Years Warranty
We are proud to offer a competitive and long warranty period for our custom computers, so you are safe in the knowledge that, in the unlikely event of a hardware issue with your PC, that it has excellent cover. All of our systems go through a tough stress-test for at least 24hrs which in most cases will show up a hardware fault, however there is always the chance that a component can become faulty with time. Normally, faults can be costly to diagnose and repair, luckily with PROTECH we have removed the labour cost for you and keep costs as low as we can outside of warranty too!

Can I upgrade myself?
You sure can, we want you to enjoy the build and upgrade process as its fun to learn. Your warranty will not be affected. You must contact us first with your upgrade plans and when the time comes to install it, you must take precautions such as anti-static matting and wrist-bands.
